Listening to your body
A path of presence, breath, and body awareness to calm the mind and inhabit the body with more life.
Many of us have learned to ignore our body's signals in order to function, perform well, or simply keep going. Over time, this disconnection often manifests as tension, anxiety, fatigue, or a feeling of being dissociated or always connected.
Listening to the body is a process of rebuilding confidence.
This allows us to recognize limits, needs, and rhythms before they turn into overload.
This practice is not intended to correct the body or force catharsis, but rather to restore dialogue. Through attention, movement, relaxation, breathing, and meditative practices, the nervous system begins to regulate itself, and calm emerges effortlessly.

What do we work on?
A peaceful mind is not achieved by suppressing thoughts.
It arises when the body feels safe enough to release tension.
In this program, movements are intentional and adaptable. Breathing becomes an anchor of presence. Sensation becomes information.
As the body relaxes, mental noise diminishes. Attention shifts from reactivity to presence. Calm is not imposed, it is allowed.

Práticas
Yoga, meditation, body awareness, somatic practices based on body psychology and bioenergetics.
Each session intertwines:
• Gentle yoga postures and techniques adapted to the individual body.
• Breath awareness to aid in regulation and presence
• Slow transitions that invite perception rather than imposition.
• Moments of quiet and meditation for integration and rest.
There is no performance, no ideal form, and no expectation of "doing it right." The invitation is to remain curious, receptive, and honest with your own experience.
