Mandalas open pathways to inner listening and support the transformation of feeling into clarity. An invitation to stay with what arises, with presence, and from there make choices that are more aligned with one’s own truth.

Why Hold Space for your Emotions
Holding space for your emotions is an act of presence.
It is the choice to stay with what arises instead of pushing it away or trying to fix it. When emotions are welcomed and felt safely, they can move, soften, and reorganize. What was once overwhelming begins to reveal meaning. What was held becomes available for integration.
This kind of listening supports emotional regulation, clarity, and a deeper sense of coherence between body, feeling, and life.

Body-based practices create safety and regulation, allowing emotions to be felt without overwhelm. As the body settles, inner listening becomes possible. Mandala creation offers containment and focus. Through the circular form and the act of creating without expectation, what is felt internally can take shape gently and with clarity. Energetic practices are included as support to expand perception, deepen inner listening, and access resources of self-regulation and inner wisdom.
Together, these practices support an embodied process where insight arises naturally, through presence rather than effort.

About
My name is Mirelli Shimizu
I am a certified Vibrational Mandalas® therapist, Yoga teacher and Reiki Master and I guide body-based processes where feeling becomes a pathway to clarity.
I recognize myself as a highly sensitive person, attuned to subtle and sensory stimuli, processing experiences deeply and feeling emotions with intensity. Along my own journey, this sensitivity often led to overstimulation, and I learned to numb myself as a way of surviving. Over time, I came to understand that sensitivity is not fragility, but a source of empathy, creativity, perception, and intuitive knowing.
Mandalas entered my work as a way to give form to what is felt but not yet organized. Through creation, presence, and intention, the inner landscape becomes visible and accessible, without the need for analysis or explanation.
It is an honor to open this space for your unique journey, holding a field of presence as you reconnect with your essence, welcome your emotions, and, in your own time, create an inner space for integration, healing, and growth
