Questions & Answers
Do I need prior Reiki experience to join?
No prior experience is required. Whether you are new to Reiki or have previous attunements, you will receive guidance tailored to your level. If you are new and wish to receive an attunement, please contact us.​

Which Reiki method is practiced in this group?
We follow the Mikao Usui method, the traditional Japanese Reiki system. This approach focuses on energy healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth, allowing you to channel Reiki for yourself and others.

Will the classes be recorded?
Yes, the classes will be recorded and made available to the group for 3 months.
What is the group size?
A maximum of 15 people, so I can provide the necessary attention and tailored instructions to individual needs.
What does the fee include?
It includes 1 class per month, with the duration of 1:30h, with the final 25 minutes to exchange Reiki.​

What happens during the Reiki exchange?
​During the final 25 minutes of each session, participants will have the opportunity to both give and receive Reiki energy in a safe and supportive environment.​

How and when do I make the payment?
Payment is made in advance for the month or quarter, via PayPal or Venmo deposit, or by credit card on the website.

My name is Mirelli Shimizu
I am a Reiki Master, a practice that has transformed my life since 2015, when I was initiated by Master Alice Figueiredo. My journey began as a search for balance and protection, as I used to absorb the energy around me intensely, like an "energetic sponge." Along the way, I discovered that my sensitivity and empathy are valuable gifts, opening up the doors for my intuition and healing, which I now use to connect harmoniously with myself, others, and the world. Reiki has been my companion through career changes, moves across countries, and shifts in my personal life, guiding me toward a path more aligned with my true essence.
