High Vibrational Mandalas are channeled art for healing. This one was made after receiving a light transmission in "Santuario de San Michele Arcangelo", in Puglia, Italy, which is one of the seven sites on the Sacred Line of Archangel Michael. This path represents his sword with an intriguing and mystical alignment of seven monasteries and sanctuaries that stretch across Europe, forming a straight line from Ireland to Israel.
It came vibrating deep healing with Divine Love, bringing important insights about embracing the emotional healing journey.
I used to believe that one day I would be completely healed from all the wounds of the past, and that all my fears, guilt, and shame would vanish. I had an unconscious belief that I couldn't be considered a healer until I had healed completely myself; otherwise, I would be a fraud.
However, I've come to understand that healing is a journey, not a destination. It's not about erasing all the pain instantly but about growing and discovering yourself over time. Each step forward, no matter how small, is progress.
While watching a video about narcissism, I was reminded that individuals who appear not to feel shame may actually be hiding it behind a grandiose persona, a trait often associated with narcissism. This false self-construction can lead to emotional disconnection and toxic relationships because they can't regulate their emotions on their own. Instead, they rely on others to validate this persona and manage their emotions, which prevents them from truly connecting with their emotions and following their hearts.
True healing involves being able to sustain your emotions, feeling them, becoming conscious of them, and not reacting with your usual defense mechanisms and compulsions to find instant relief. It's about regulating your body and acting in ways that align with what is best for you.
Each day, I become more capable of sustaining my emotions and more aware of the triggers and limiting beliefs behind them. I'm learning to react less, recognize more quickly when I am reacting, and regulate my body more effectively. Discipline in maintaining a self-care routine and following my heart is becoming second nature.
I've also become more compassionate toward myself when I fall short. I allow myself to feel fear, guilt, and shame, using these emotions as a light to know myself better. When I feel stress and anxiety, I recognize them as alarms to pause and take care of myself.
Each day, I grow more capable of feeling all emotions, including love, joy, and peace, which I use as a compass to guide me back to myself and connect with others.
I remember my divine essence, which is Love.
I realize that I am healing. I am a healer. I am grateful for all the healers who have been and continue to be on my path, helping me to heal.
I hope you know that you are a healer too. And you are not alone on your healing journey.
