We will use specific Reiki techniques and other group practices to: -Deepen your sensitivity to subtle energies -Unlock your intuitive gifts for a more aligned and fulfilling life -Build trust in your unique spiritual path through shared experiences and learning I am Mirelli Shimizu, a Reiki Master, initiated by my Master Alice Figueiredo in 2017. Reiki transformed my life when I needed balance and protection the most. As an "energy sponge," I often felt overwhelmed by the vibrations around me. Through Reiki, I learned that my sensitivity and empathy are not burdens but gifts—gifts that now help me guide others to reconnect with themselves and their purpose. This group gathers every first Monday of the month online, with recording available, with 90 minutes of practical techniques, shared reflections, and Reiki exchange for energetic balance.
